Taylor Breen – Director – Licensed Builder

 

Taylor is the director of Soaring Constructions. After completing his schooling in Canberra, Taylor undertook an apprenticeship in carpentry with a small residential building company, which saw him achieve a certificate III in carpentry in 2012, he quickly moved on to create Soaring Constructions in 2013. Always eager to learn and further his knowledge of the construction industry, Taylor completed his certificate IV in Building and Construction, which then moved him onto completing his Diploma in Building and Construction. Over the past 5 year at the helm of Soaring Constructions, Taylor has seen his workforce increase and decrease, at one stage having 15 carpenters; so he is not a stranger to the stresses of running a successful business. Taylor prides himself on his leadership skills and easy-going nature, which he believes has enabled him to work efficiently in collaboration with clients and trades. When you decide to have your project completed by Soaring Construction you get to deal with Taylor himself as he is out there running all the jobs so you are dealing directly with the licensed builder. With some new developments in the pipeline, Taylor is looking forward to delivering quality projects to the region.

 

Jamie Gomez – Accounts/Estimating

 

Jamie is Soaring Constructions newest team member, joining us in January 2018.  Jamie brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the team. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2014 and has a finance background of work throughout the ACT over the past 4 years. Joining the team he will be taking on and overseeing the account and estimating teams.

 

Hayden Breen – Business Development Manager

 

Hayden has been with Soaring since 2017. Hayden has a Bachelor of Business which he gained at the University of Canberra. Hayden is a vital part to the Soaring business model. He is the head of business development and his role involves creating the processes and procedures to ensure we maintain a streamline construction process not only for us but our clients as well. We believe there is nothing worse than having delays due to poor management, procedures and policy.

Bianca Breen – Office Manager

Bianca joined the team at Soaring in 2016 coming on board part time (as she is a successful Canberra primary school teacher) to help Taylor behind the scenes with general day to day running of the company. Having Bianca on the team has allowed Taylor to spend more time onsite progressing the jobs and liaising with the clients.
