Consultation
Initial consultation with the client to discuss your project, once Taylor has an idea of your needs he can point you in the direction of one of his partner draftsman or architects that will achieve the best result for you and your desired project.
Alternatively if you already have a set of plans, we can definitely discuss the project and produce a quote.
Design/Estimating
Design your project through one of our trusted partner firms.
Once we have a plan Taylor will provide you with a quote with a full list of inclusions so there are no nasty hidden costs, upon accepting and agreeing on a price, we exchange contracts. We use the HIA Australia Residential Building Contract for all our projects big or small so our clients always have peace of mind.
Construction
The fun starts, once construction begins.
Taylor likes to keep the clients informed with emails notifying them of where the project is at and key dates of when we are reaching milestones in the process. He is always available on the phone to discuss any concerns or questions you might have. Most importantly site visits to view your project. Taylor seeks out Canberra’s best trades and suppliers to ensure everyone working on his sites can produce the level of quality he expects.
Completion/Handover
Before handover we do several defect walkthroughs with the clients to assure they are getting a completed job that aligns with our company vision.
Finally, you get to realise your dreams and part ways with Taylor and his team to enjoy your new or renovated home.
